Formating MPC 1000 with JJ OS 3.08

I know how to format my internal memory with the AKAI OS, but I cannot figure out how to do it with the JJ OS. Can someone please help me format my internal memory with JJ OS 3.08 system. Thanks!

I want to earse everything on the internal hard drive though, not the memory card
