Making all of the drums 100% even

Hey guys, when i try to make a beat, and I use the high hat, i cannot get the hat to hit 100% evenly all of the time. Is there a way to get the drum sounds 100% even with the metronome so the production sounds less sloppy. Please help thanks

hey, i got almost the same problem! when i use TC on my hi hats, they all snap to the grid.. ;(
