Associating a Program with a Project?

I recently finished making about 10 songs and decided to go back and beef up my beats. I loaded some new samples and created new parts. When I came back to load my project I had to reload the program. I used to just load the project and it was all ready to go. Is there a way I can make this program stick to my project?

If you take the time to read the manual, you wont need to be up in here asking lots of basic questions.

Break out that manual and investigate the SAVE OPTIONS. Pay attention to which elements of the project are saved with each option.
