Using MPC as an Akai MPD?

Using MPC as an Akai MPD?

How can i use my MPC500 in the same way as a MPD works so i can trigger sound by MIDI in reason/logic etc. I cant seem to work it out.

Midi function... peep the manual, too much to explain but the real trick is after you set that up hit the track button then hit the params button, scroll thru that and you can set Midi channels etc...

No.

I couldn't tell you step by step being I don't own a MPD but if you take my advice from above and just play around with the settings you might get some where.
