low sound on mpc

So my mpc suffered a 2 foot fall this morning. The sound is now pretty low, also it doesn't seem to pick up bass. I'm new to the mpc and I think it wasn't the fall, I think some buttons were pushed. Any ideas?

Alright so it seems to be my outputs, cause it sounds just fine out of the headphone jack.

I doubt its the output because headphone and line out share the same wire. If your MPC is not connected to an amp or a mixer that has one built-in, then you're gonna hear a very low sound. Worn cables too, can cause that. Or maybe the volume on your amp isn't up enough.

did you buy the unit brand new? if so you should have an warranty, if the damage isnt visual you could return it for a new one or pay for reparation costs.
