Battery issues

Heya.

Got my mpc 500 a few weeks ago and have been having a blast.

however, i tried using the batteries today and it turned on and off. i looked in the battery compartment and noticed the batteries were very hot!!!

also one of the contact springs was squashed completely

Battery mode no longer works. Please help!!!

Return it to the shop. If u bought it new u still have warranty.

Yeah im planning on it.

It was so hard to get here though so i hope i dont have to wait for another one. I got one of four that was in the country .

they are nowhere to be seen for retail now.
