"What's your setup for (Samples)"

In general what I'm asking is said from the topic "What's your setup for (samples) that you chop".....

- Your start lvl, mono/poly, layers, etc.
Post them up, and a sample of a beat you made w/ how your sample setup is.

I'll start off w/ my simples, 100 Start, all Mono, FX are mostly Tremolo (wah, wah feel), and '0' velocity for sure... no samples by far, don't got my MPC w/ me right now.. Hoping to post up some samples and tweaks on what I did to make what effect.
