removing a sample from a pad

Hi All,

I am new to the mpc500 and enjoying it enormously!
One thing I get stuck on is how to remove a sample which is not working in the mix from a pad
not from memory though?

Highlight the sample in program mode. Scroll all the way to the left.

Maybe its one from the last one left saying

Sample Assign A
A3: L1:Bd130

which is my sample I want to clear?

hightlight 'Bd130'.

How can I highlight it?

Ah I got it, scrolling the data wheel untill its blank huh
