Playback silence still

I made all sequences equivalent to 4 bars, tempo at 90.0. And still it silences... 3 tracks per sequence, but now I'm trying to figure out why it stars silencing right at the chorus(27th) bar. I think about 2 out of 5 of the sequences the tracks aren't used. Because if I didn't have my tracks the same as the other tracks in the other sequence it would play another sample....
hopefully this makes sense, but if anyone has yet to figure the solution to my problem, please notify me as soon as possible. I'm working out the problem myself right now -__-

If you have 2 of the same note, they will cancel each other out or only play one of the 2. The silence could be from this.
