Windows 7 and MPC500

Hi all, I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) and I'm considering buying an MPC500 for use with Fl Studio 9. Simple question: is the 500 compatible with what I've got?

Thanks for your reply, ok, do I need anything other than a USB to connect it all up? Also I've heard the RAM it comes with can be an issue???

well you might want to get some midi cables, too.
as for connecting to upload samples and such, a usb cable is all you need.

i've purchased mine new with the 'original' ram expansion and so far i've not had any problems whatsoever.
as a matter of fact it's much more stable than i had thought it'd be.

a compact flash reader on the computer may be a plus

I THINK you need a Midi to USB cable. I've got the Cakewalk, and it works nicely for that. http://www.cakewalk.com/products/hardwa ... Prod=UM-1G
