Reviews and questions about the entry-level MPC500

I bought my mpc used so I am curious what the guy before had done to it. Right now I have 4 built in sequences (DJ HIp HOp, Sunny, Top Gun, CDS) and when I go to mode program there are like 30 different sounds that I can assign as samples, these are what Ive been using to make beats lately because I do not know how to take samples from my computer yet. So my question is would I lose all of these sounds if I restored my mpc to factory presets would I lose these sounds and programs that are currently built into my mpc?

The two reasons I am looking to do this is 1. to see what the last owner did to it and 2. to free up RAM.

Will this free RAM? Because I have no recording minutes left

please help crew

So is there any way to free up RAM for the time being? until i get an interface?
