SYNCHRONIZING YOUR MPC WITH FRUITY LOOPS

I just need to know how to get my MPC500 connected to Fl Studio.I am using a usb/midi and i can not seem to get it functioning properly .I have been on this site http://www.akaipro.com/syncfruity but still can not get it to work,HELP ANYONE!

mode midi turn pad sound off this lets the mpc pads transmit midi

then go to track in sequence n clik the parrams button n change ur track from a drum track to a midi one then set midi channel to 1 or wateva uve set fl to recive on.

u also mite want to change wat pad trigger what note in programe i like mine going upwards in 4s in perfect note order such as c, c sharp, d, d sharp, e, f, f sharp and so on in ocataves of my choice.

BUT ON A SERIOUS LEVEL WHY REALLY DO U WANT TO DO THIS???????????

THE MPC500 IS JUST FINE WITHOUT FRUITY LOOPS!

AND GIVES YOU A MUCH MORE HANDS ON WAY OF MAKKIN MUSIC!!!!!!

FRUITY LOOPS IS VERY NON ORGANIC AND INVOLVES MOUSE CLICKIN A LOT!

DIDNT YOU GET UR MPC SO YOU COULD MAKE MUSIC WITHOUT USING A COMPUTER?

Well the main reason im tryin to do this is so i can add more sounds to my beats,i usually do everything on the mpc then i wanted to add more stuff to it so i thought i should use Fl Studio,am i wrong? Also i was wondering how do u convert your beats from your mpc to the computer? Is it possible to do that using Fl studio?

its a free world bro, do wat you like & theres a few ways to convert 'beats' made on the mpc to fl studio(or any daw) the 2 easyer are 1, record audio via a jack to jack from headfone out of the mpc (u will need a 3.5 to 1/4inch jack convertor but there only like $1) to mic in of ur pc and set fruity up to record that or 2, get the midi from the mpc via usb load that into fruity then use the same samples if you have them or drag n drop them from the mpc via usb.

personly i would jus keep it all in the mpc n if you want more sound jus record them into the mpc, u can even do that from fruity via a jack to jack usin headfone out of ur pc to mic/line in to your mpc.
