Computer.

Use a wave editor.

pc = goldwave or wavosaur, freeware.

If you're on mac you could just use iTunes, Max, Sound Studio or Audacity. Plenty to choose from. :)

Loading sounds on my CF card before I go to sleep so I can bring it with me to class in the afternoon. You just made me realize most of my DAW soundbanks/samples are in 24bit and 48kHz+. With my ginormous old sampler disc library in storage and most of my HDD sounds in too high quality I gotta find some decent instrument and drum banks with the right format quick now.... any good places to grab a few decent free soundbanks to use temporarily in the meantime?
