I can`t save my work

Hello,

I bought a MPC 500 few days ago. After watching some tutorials I made a beat today. My Problem is that I can`t save my work. I recorded the song with the mpc and saved it as a new sample. But if I want to save this sample as a wave file nothing works. I press "Mode" then "Save" and if I want to save my sample nothing happens if I press "Do it". I tried to save the sequence but there is the same problem.

I hope you guys can help me. I searched the whole day for a solution but i didnt find anything :/

There is the same problem. If i press "Do it" nothing happens

Edit: It works now. The problem was that the mpc didnt recognize the cf card.
Now I just have to search for the samples which I used before I found out that this was the problem.

you could have saved into internal memory instead of the CF card, i cleared my internal memory just in case i might use it one day

i have 2 Sandisk ultra 2GB CF cards and they both dont work, also i have a Transcend card and doesnt work either

The older cards usually work for me, i wish the MPC had an SD slot build in, would be much easier

I use the Sandisk Ultra 2g card with no issues. I also never saved a whole song using song mode.I have a outside recorder with a built in USB. Zoom makes plenty of quality recorders at low prices.

Saving tip

I save in the same folder EVERYTIME.I also save twice each time. Whenever you save a program or sequence, make sure you see the file when you scroll through using the jog wheel. CLOCKWISE.
