Missing DJ HIP SET ?

Hello,

I am really new with this very nice and good product , but to learn to use it , forget about the user guide from AKAI.
In 2 hours of reading the VERY GOOD BOOK from :

And watching some good tutorial on YOUTUBE

I can now make it work , BUT ........
Both in the book and on YOUTUBE they speak about :
Load : Program
FIL : DJ-Hip_Set

I have only :
Sunny_Set and Top_set

How can I recover this missing DJ-Hip_Set ?

their PRESETS....you dont need them to use the 500. their just there for examples. if you've got 1, then your fine anyways.

but if your buying the 500, use it for sampling your own stuff and dont even worry about the presets. im pretty sure no one has ever learned anything from having the presets loaded up.

If you poke around the forums you can find people have posted the default sets once in a while. Maybe one of those links will still work?

any body got this set as i like the sounds on it

I think it came with an older OS as I never had it and I copped mine August 2010.

Its on the Akai CF card that comes with the 500.

its not on my 128 mb card that came with my 500 i looked what the hell i wanted that really bad why is it on some mpc and not on the others ??

Hmm, crazy. Maybe UK 500s are different.

I bought the 500 when they first came out in 2006 and bought a second one in 2011 and both has that DJ HIP SET preset.

do you know if any body upload it on here as there is to many posts i got my mpc only about just over 4 weeks ago new

I'm sure the sample factory samples on the 1000 were used on the 500, here's a link from the Akai website to download the factory samples.
