its not working for me iv tried it a good few times now, my mpc isnt new tho the samples just came back on when i donwload the new os version :/

Yeah it takes a couple of tries, but you have to be fast and turn it off at 100% Flash. It works with any OS, I tried it on 3 500s with different OS'.

does this work if the CF card is not in the mpc...i done it like ten times...100% only flashes for like a milisecond.
