Let's say I have 3 sample chops all pitched down -3. Now, one of the sample chops I want to adjust the start point. When I go into the trim screen, 2 things why does the sample always play louder regardless of the normalization or not, and the sample always then plays in it's original sampled pitch, even 'tho I have changed it in the program edit? Is there any way that I can change that?

yo, u can change the pitch in trim mode, then every time u copy the sample to a new pad for trimming a new chop the pitch will be at what u changed it to in trim mode..

Just to expand on the above response... Sounds like you are pitching down in program mode which affects the pad and consequently ANY sample loaded on that pad, not the sample itself. If you pitch down in trim mode, as stated above, you will change the actual sample, not whatever sample is on pitched down pad. Hope that makes sense.
