MPC 500 - having BIG problems saving......

I just got this MPC 500, and it's difficult to save my work. I basically want to know how to save a sequence, or a project, or a sequence in a project, and how to keep them on a new CF Card. I've had this problem for a week, and something always goes wrong. Any ideas??

"To completely save what you are working on, you need to save the sequence(s) along with the related program(s) and sounds. Then to get back to where you were, you need to load all this up again.

between the existing threads here and the manual all the info is there- do some searching and stick with it as soon you'll get the hang of it
