Saving sequence as .wav/.mp3???

Hey all just wondering how i go about saving songs/sequences from the mpc to a computer friendly file i.e. wav, mp3 e.t.c. I have tried saving the sequence as both available files withing the mpc 500 but when saved as an .seq file it can only be played on mpc and if i save it as the other option it plays random drum hits when opened

It's not great, but I knocked up a video tutorial for another MPC500 user earlier this year.
