problem with loading my fukking CF card

Hi, i've a lot of problem when i put the CF card into the MPC 500.
It stay fix with the sentence "loading", but it doesn't work. The CF card is the original i found in the box. When i connect the MPC 500 by USB to the computer, i can't see the volume (F: for example) in the Computer Res. . Why ? What can I do? I have to create something on the computer first? Or the MPC 500 probably have a bug?

It sounds like your flash card is broken, or that the mpc has som issues.

i've send it to the akai support 'cause i think it have an hardware problem.
