Q-Link slider questions!

I just made a beat, and want to apply tone lowering and tone heightening effects to different samples in my beat. How do I go about permanently shifting the tones of different samples? Every time I try to play with the tone, and then save it, it always saves as the original sequence, without the tonal effects. Thanks.

Are you trying it in record mode? You need to be in record mode to retain the changes.
