help please

i'm working at GC and I have a guy here who deleted some of the kits on his mpc500. rumor has it there's a factory reset that will restore it.

anyone know what the reset code is?

As far as I'm aware there ain't no reset. The presets are duff anyway!

Hold down shift and power on (keep holding the shift button )
