12 levels starting with c and playing with a midi keyboard

is it possible to assign the 12 levels like a scale?
because some steps sound weird.

and another thing is playing 12 levels with a keyboard.
i tried it, but it didn't work. is it possible to play 12 levels with a mid keyboard?
