lithium ion

has anyone switched the battery power from 6 AA's to lithium ion rechargable power? THe battery time sucks and
when you are playing live it always says low battery power and then will shut off if it gets too low.

If you get 2200 milli Amps rechargeables you will get the longest battery time. If you go over this the unit might not turn on at all.

Shocks, putting in a fresh set of regular batteries just before the gig usually helps. Also, switching off the screen back-light would make the battery life good deal longer.
