Josie K: Thrifty Germans, eh? :) no offense man, juz joking... Actually, there's no use in printing it, I read it from screen and it's nice. And pdf is environmentally friendly - no need to kill a tree for that, you know. As for the price, of course it's pricey, but it is also unique. And it has an amazing depth combined with simplicity of explanations.

There have been several threads about the tutorial already. I agree with what Bedouin says, only I'd like to add that even if one has decades of experience in beat-making, this book would be useful. And for the beginners it's like a must-have! Especially for those people who prefer to post questions like: "How do I load a sound/save a song/record a sequence and so on?" instead of digging the manual.
