The mpc500 hangs whenever try'n to convert seq in songmode

The mpc500 hangs whenever try'n to convert sequences in songmode..

the usual error code is written in the display....

anyway to go around this problem?

The reason I want to do this is beacuse I cant solo a trackk thruout an entiresong in songmode since the song normally consists of a chains of seqs.

I really need to do this when I multitrack a beat..

this has happened to me in the past, do you have the mem expansion? and the latest firmware, lots of the crashes went away after i updated both.

I have the memory exp.

Need to check if I have the lates OS...

This was a common problem I had with the old firmware. 1.31 has been rock solid.
