help with sequence smaples

hey im a newbie with stuff and i made a few sequences that i like and i want to put them on the computer but everytime i do they come out with different sound/samples how do i fix this?

ok so i make a sequence then save it to my mpc
then i plug it into my computer and go into usb mode on the mpc and it pops up on my comp
so i open it up nd the sequence file is there but when i play it all the sounds on the sequence are different like the timing for the sounds is correct but the sounds are all different

a lil bit beter?
