them pads are dyed black arent they? do they look BLACK when their not out in the sunlight or do they look BLUE-ish all the time?

there actually a lot darker inside..they look more like a faded black then blue.

Isn't it nice when a simple little task just makes it look so much f*cking better :wink:

I could imagine you guys feel even closer to your 500's now lol

Do it. I did the worst job of customizing out of everyone here, and I'm happy with mine. So basically, even if you **** up it will be an improvement over stock. :wink:
