Courtesy of ssnedden, here's my 500 with the wooden sides. I used wooden molding, a router, and painted it in cherry oak stain. I'm still working on this so stay tuned. I want it to look antique.

The trick is to get the perfect wooden molding. I actually went to Home Depot with the plastic sides looking and comparing until I found the right one. Then I cutted, shaped and sanded it down. Carved a groove on the inside for the screws and then I stained it. BAM!

This is just the tip of the iceberg. You haven't seen nothing yet. Only two members know what I got cooking.
