same issue as you - just got it back now - the card reading prongs were broken. They were like this straight out of the box so I'm guessing I wasn't the only one. The first time they got it they said there was nothing wrong with it O_o then the next time (months later) they realised all of a sudden that indeed it couldnt read any cards as I said in the first place..
