convert seq to .wav file

Is there any way i can take a sequence i did on the mpc and convert it to .wav file. Or take a song i did and convert it to .wav.

First of all, you can record MPC output into your PC or Mac, using any audio editing software (Audacity can be a good start, if you don't have any audio editors installed in your system).
If you have enough RAM in MPC you can resample its output and save the resulting sample on the CF card. Then you can transfer it to your PC or Mac for further editing.
