Please Read. Having a problem with my MPC.

Thanks for opening this. I got my mpc500 and plugged it into the computer, and put in a 128 RAM card. I deleted the sounds that came with it, and put like 3 short samples on it. It worked, and next time I plugged it in, I deleted my samples, and when I tried to put more samples on, the computer told me there was no space left. I had my flash card in the MPC so I don't see how this is possible. It wouldn't even let me put a one shot drum sample that lasted less than a second. Since I have a mac laptop, there is no place to put the flash card directly. Do you think it would work to buy a usb card reader? Or is there a problem that would be worth sending my mpc back and getting it fixed (I have a warrantee).

Dude, chill! When you delete something from CF card (it's CF card, not RAM), using a Mac, make sure you empty the Trash after that. When you just move files and folders to Trash and disconnect the external drive without doing Empty Trash operation ('ctrl + click' or 'right mouse click' on Trash bin icon -> Empty Trash), files will not be removed. That is the clue to your problem.
