I have the stock 16MB RAM dip. I also can only save like 3 samples at a time. If I get the RAM upgrade will I be able to sample more stuff at once?

>Nick P: Dude, 12 Mb (default sample RAM) = more or less 12 min (stereo). Divided by three it's 4 min each sample. Twice as much in mono... U sample whole songs?

How much data or how many samples you can save will depend on how big the card your saving to is, this may well be why you can't save very much, this is nothing to do with the RAM.
More RAM with increase the sample time (how much data you can hold on the MPC before saving)

Hope this helps
