when u change the pitch of a sample down it slows down the tempo of the sample how do i keep a low pitch but keep the tempo fast well normal at least .....im choppin words but dont want them to play slow jus want o pitch down the sample

So, tune it up / down and time stretch it to the tempo?

I've been wondering how to do this aswell.

Timestretch can be a real pisser, so I recommend trimming your sample perfectly first then record it in a sequence and during overdub, adjust the BPM until the metronome is in sync with the sample. With that BPM, set it as your origin in timestretch and then adjust a new BPM. Ya dig?
