Tech Problem : Error Message

Has anyone seen this error message when trying to load or save. TRAPA Instruct. PC (a000092a) ? The Mpc 500 isnt connected to the computer. It wont let me load anything.

which OS are you running? The current is 1.31 - take a look at the akai website.

As well as speak with Akai I'd also reccommend re-installing the operating system - which involves putting a file on the CF card and switching the unit on holding down a particular button (can't remember which one).

ok thanks.....it works when i dont have a cf card in...but when i put the card in i get the message. Will that make a difference???

maybe the card is busted, tried formatting it?

"a000092a" means that you need to put some love into the unit
