Timing Correction

Can someone explain what excatly is Timing Correction and what excatly it does ?

I answered this in the other thread but I'll drop the knowledge here for ya too...

Timing correction does just that, corrects your timing ... if your layin drums and you drop a snare, kick, hat etc off time it corrects it basically... want a more technical explanation? peep the manual G

You mean 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64

They are fractions.... divisions of a bar.

Everything you typed means 1 full bar.... so 16/16 = 1.... sixteen sixteenth notes in a 4 bar measure.

But it really quantizes to 1/16. This means it won't quantize to 1/32 or 1/64 notes, but too 1/8s and 1/4s along with 1/16s
