Formatting Flash Card and Saving Beats

Hi, I just got my MPC500 and I'm having problems both with saving any data and formatting the memory card. I've read through the manual and followed the instructions, but something is wrong. Whenever I try to format the card, the instruction booklet says click "do it", but the light is not on and I can't. Furthermore the same thing occurs whenever I try to save something. Can someone help me out? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi!, try to format you cf card conecting your mpc to you pc, opening "my pc" and right clicking in the cf card.
