farewell 500...

so for the record, i'm high and drunk. i had to return my 500 cuz i can't stand it. i'm too used to the 2500. now that i returned the 500 i got a 1k for LESS than i bought the 500 ($455 for the 1k, $530 for the 500). I originally moved from the 2500 to the 500 cuz my band is going on tour so i was downgrading the size of my rig. now i realize i can deal with the 1k on tour as long as i get a generator for the van. the irony of the entire situation is i've gone 1000 to 2500 to 500 to 1000. lesson learned lol.

Yesterday was gorgeous outside.

I took my iPod, a cable, my headphones, a dank 1/8th and my MPC to the park.

After doing that (for the umpteenth time now) I've decided that I can never sell my 500, I'll just have 2 MPCs when I upgrade.

But I don't blame you for wanting a 1k. Do what you gotta do.

word, story of my life, i pack up my mac book book and my mpc with me everywhere, the new lil drum machine akai has out, i dunno what its called, but that would be sick for the same reason.

I would have kept the 500 and broken my bank balance a little, TBH. Never mind, eh. Good luck with the 1k; great machine, so I'm told.
