Hey guys, i just brought my MPC500 last month, it's a fun piece of machine to play with,
but when i try to connect to FL studio, i got some problems,

I connect use a USB -MIDI converter.
if i use midi-out in FL studio, it works good , i can trigger notes by virtual keyboard also.
if i try to use MPC500 as a control to control the midi note in FL studio. seems that some times i get wrong note from MPC500.
anyone knows what's the problem or what should i setup??

Common question.

Do you know the exact note numbers of the MPC pads/ banks?

Investigate CHROMATIC ASSIGNMENT and/ or manual assignment of note numbers to pads.

The thing is man, you probably could use it for FL and all that but it's a sampler meaning it's its own independent machine & you get what you put into it.
You really don't need anything else besides a turntable and some records man.
That's what it is all about.
