lenght of a sample

Hi, i would like to record some of my guitar riffs. I recorded them with audacity and put them as samples in my mpc.

When i hit the pad, the sample plays all the riff i wanted but when i record them in my sequence, just the half of the sample is recorded.

What can i do to have the whole sample recorded?

Sample in MONO, upgrade RAM, Check the manual.

All you said is done since the beginning, my ram is 2gb, so there shouldn't be a problem...

Impossible. The 500 does not support 2gb of RAM.

sorry i misunderstood i got the 128 mb ram and the 2 gb CF card.

I recorded again what i wanted and reloaded it in the sampler. At this time it worked, so i might think of a bad assignation at the beginning.
