new guy wondering about transfering files from pc to mpc500

i plan to do all of my chopping on my computer and loading the samples on to my mpc, but i am having trouble. i use audacity to create samples and save them as wav files. then i put them into a folder and load the folder on to the mpc. i know how to put folder on to my memory card. but i cant seem to figure out how to actually access the individual files/samples within the folder. i have done it using the preset samples on my mem card but its the ones i make that give me trouble.

anyway, could any one give me a walk through on this?? any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks!
