Need help transfering sequence onto computer

First things first...I have a mac... don't hate.
second whenever I take the sequence i made and put it onto my computer it seems to use some pre-existing program and not thing i used.
Do i have to make it into a song first and then transfer. also saved it as a non mpc form, midi, also same problem...and i only use garageband until i get the funds for anything else. college life...

I use a PC but I don't have the energy to hate on the Mac. Plus, I hear garageband is pretty cool.

It's a little unclear what you're trying to achieve, but that's ok...I think we can hook you up with a solution.

You're just trying to get the audio from your MPC onto your mac, right? You want to mess with the audio in Garageband? If so, here's what you do...resample the audio on your MPC using the record function. Basically it records what's playing and turns it into an audio file that you can now use on your mac. Just make sure when you're done recording that you save your new sample. If you think this is what you want and you're still confused by how to resample, just check your manual...it's all in there.

If you're really trying to send midi notes to Garageband on your MAC, I don't think you can do this via USB. You'll need midi cables running from your midi out on your MPC to a midi in port on a midi card (or external adapter midi to usb adapter) on your Mac.

Yea that kinda helps, what should i buy in order to transfer my midi touches and programs onto my garageband, so that they work simultaneously..and i think i'll transfer my stuff via memory card, what card should i buy??

MIDI interface and a MIDI cable

I use a 2GB Kingston, i have never had anytrouble with that.

I've used 64mb -> 32gb... no problems with any so far.
