Program Assign 'OFF'

Hello, I hope someone can shed some light on where I'm going wrong.

Reading the handbook it says when using external MIDI gear to change the program assign to off, so your not using any internal sounds.

When I go to TRACK>PARAMS>Program assign.. and turn the data wheel below my first program I get '?CDS' and no 'OFF' value.

Me again, did some more searching (must remember the "" marks for a more accurate search ) and found a post with the same problem... I turned auto load off and OFF now appears.

Thanks to those that helped before, this is a really great mpc resource.
