project to wav

hey
i've a easy question i think
when i have a sequence saved and i look into the folder there is a project data...
how can i get this project data into a wav file???
could you please tell me the steps ??
i dont know what i have to do ...

btw:

i saved all by save to entire project ...

so i have only a folder with all sounds in it ... how do i get a wav data out of it from the sequence?

mode 4 -> record... set source to master... play your sequence and record the audio.

or use an external device to record the audio outs.
