I was watching a tutorial on the MPC 2000 xl and saw there was a mode they used while recording to use the 16 pads with different notes while recording.
That feature is available on the 500 so you can switch different notes of your sample in real time while recording?
If you could refer me to the page in the manual that's fine as well i just don't have it on me right now. i'll pull up a pdf or something.
i tried to search the forums and google first.
and i was adding effects to drums but the effects ended up taking the whole sequence and not just the drums i was choosing by pad for track.
ummmm hope this makes sense. i'm not freaking out i just got my mpc on batteries right now and wanted to try it out. after watching a youtube tutorial on it.
still lovin' this little guy!!!
