Connecting to mpc maid

How do you connect your mpc to mpc maid, do you use a midi cord? Usb? please help

As Far as I can see you either export to your MPC when connected in USB Mode.
Or put them on a CF card which then you can slot into your MPC.

Right on. You can plug the USB from the back of the MPC into your puter, and then export all in MPC Maid onto the compact flash card via Windows and/or load the sounds from the computer onto the compact flash, and load from the compact flash into the MPC. Either way works, just using an external card reader makes things much faster.
