Controlling levels on MIDI Channels

Hello all,

I have my MPC 500 in a "MIDI Handshake" with my synth (akai Miniak) and i'm recording several different tracks using different Midi Channels (via the multi function on the miniak). Does anyone know how to change the level for just one MIDI channel, or in my case, one track? I know how to change the levels on a specific sample assigned to a pad, but when you set a track type to "MIDI" i can't control that individual level. When i turn down the level(volume) on my miniak, all MIDI channels are turned down. Any ideas? Thanks

Nevermind, i figured it out. You have to turn the levels down in the "Multi" program you have set up on your Miniak.
