MPC 500 RAM Issue. Urgent Help needed

I am having issues with the transcend ram i bought with the same spec as specified. But when i put in the ram and after the self test is done it hangs and shows "memory Full" How can i overcome this issue. Appreciate some info on this problem.

Are you running the newest OS?

Try replacing the stick? That worked for me. I went to place that I got the stick from and replaced it with another of the same stick and now it works.
