mpc500 + cubase 5 problem

Hi!
I got a problem when i sync the mpc to cubase... I get the cubase to start the mpc but no sound comes in. :S HELP !

You're gonna have to go into detail of what you're doing and what you want because I don't know whatcha mean. All I know is that MIDI doesn't substitute for audio, which I think is your problem.

okey so i need L/R audio cable out , in to computer also ? i thought that the midi also send the audio signals

cuz i wanna put the beat I make on the mpc to cubase.. maybe you know a more easy way to do that

MIDI only sends commands and data between devices. If you want to send audio back and forth to your computer and the MPC, then yes, you'll need to hook up your audio cables in order for sound to travel.
