I like that.... always thought about having a chrome finish on my 1k. But as Lamp mentioned, I'd be cleaning it all the time... which is no different now, come to think of it. The Fat Black Pads get dirty quick, and I always find myself wiping down the whole unit several times a week. But it's like polishing the fender of a nice classic car or bike.

yeeeeah i love it! dunno if i would be able to play with no writes on the mpc, i'm used to the 500, but maybe not eough
